Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, financial analysis, and variance reporting. The Senior Financial Reporting Accountant will work closely with the CFO and other members of the finance team to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC regulations, and other accounting standards
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records
- Provide financial analysis and support to the CFO and other members of the finance team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and other accounting standards
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation up to $120,000 + bonus + LTI
