Job Overview:
Reporting to one of the Senior Partners, with input from all Partners of the firm will function both in office and remotely, the Director of Human Resources will serve as an executive team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting the company. This role oversees and facilitates all aspects of Human Resources (HR) including staffing, onboarding and engagement, training, employee relations, benefits and compensation administration, organizational development, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
The Director will establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support Mitchell Titus's mission and strategic vision. The role will be instrumental in developing and implementing a human resources plan that aligns with the overall mission and strategy of the company, resulting in innovative, best practices, and organizational policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in strategic leadership, with a strong emphasis on relationships and team building. The individual is expected to demonstrate high emotional intelligence and the ability to influence and guide all levels of employees in the organization. They should have a strong background in areas including leadership development, change management, organizational development, and workforce planning. This executive will ensure that the culture of Mitchell Titus continues to evolve with the business and maintains a strong focus on atracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
