The Company:
The Burgess Group is a mid to senior level executive search, diversity recruiting, training, and human resources management consulting practice located in lower Manhattan since 1994.
Position Opening:
We are looking for a Research Marketing Assistant. This person would be responsible for: - Managing Search Assignments, database, and resume sourcing research. - Job postings on company and external websites. - Marketing business development of existing and potential clients. - Collaborate and develop client presentations. - Research and analysis on past and potential clients’ open positions. - Managing and maintaining company Applicant Tracking System (ATS) database system (Tracker). - Knowledgeable of websites (Bluehost & Word Press) processes. - Operations (office, computers, and answer phones). - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Salary and Schedule
Salary starts at $18.50 – 20.00/hr. Based on experience. Salary increases based on performance and bonus eligible.
Workdays: Tuesdays thru Friday from 9 or 10 AM – 5 PM; flexible on both.
