Job Description
Seeking to hire a Sales Account Manager Manager with 2-3 years of professional sales experience (seeking a true hunter when it comes to sales).
This is a Full-Time Permanent position.
Remote work - seeking someone in CA.
Salary: $45-50K Base Plus commission.
The team sells a complete portfolio of online marketing solutions including websites, Social Media, SEO, PPC and Chat.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Partner with Recruitment to coach and develop top level teammates focused on being a trusted advisor.
· Fully understand and coach to our products, sales process, systems and industry specifics.
· Ensure team success through continuous evaluation, constructive coaching and results-oriented training techniques.
· Conduct weekly actionable one on ones with sales team members.
· Focus on the data. Own metrics, pipeline and forecasting your teams results.
· Successfully lead, develop and communicate a common strategic direction; organize and motivate sales team to help meet their objectives and provide high-quality service
· Support Sales Compensation implementation and administration.
· Speak up. Drive to uncover opportunity and improve process.
· Increase effectiveness of Salesforce data management, forecasting, quotes, opportunities, contracts, dashboards, reporting, etc.
· Work with Sales Operations to uncover areas of revenue opportunities in our lead base.
· Identify, document, manage and execute best-practices for all sales related processes
· Regular and reliable attendance is expected as this is a full-time position
Key Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
· Proven track record of being a top producing sales manager in SaaS inside sales environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, positive, attitude, professional appearance, understanding of sales process, industry knowledge, well organized, dependable, and excellent listening skills with the ability to persuade and influence others
· Strong experience in leading a team via pipeline management combined with a focus on metrices/activity. The balance here is critical.
· Expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand behavior of sales, partners and customers.
· Ability to provide clear and comprehensive written documentation using MS Office
· Inbound and Outbound telesales experience, including and a proven track record of achieving set KPIs, utilizing proven Lead Generation and Closing processes and tools including Inbound Marketing, Sales Pipeline management, CRM and content marketing/
· High level of comfort with internet technology

2-3 years of experience successfully selling with a sales cycle of less than 90 days (Required)
· Solution focused selling/leadership experience (Required)
