TalentScout is on the hunt for a talented young designer for one of our best clients. They are a tremendously talented boutique agency who is looking for a recent grad with demonstrable Graphic Design and print production skills.

The agency works across multiple industries with a focus on consumer product brands.

Essential Functions

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand project assignment, audience, and intended message
• Prioritize, manage, and execute project deliverables to meet associated deadline
• Contribute to group meetings and brainstorm sessions, offering ideas and solutions
• Prepare files for print production
• Prepare art for use in digital media and social media, collaborating with web developers
• Track all time on projects and provide project descriptions for work completed
• Develop concepts and solutions that translate brand and client objectives into an engaging visual story
• Provide oversight to project deliverables to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and graphic best practices
• Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence

Necessary Skills

• Good working knowledge of Adobe CC: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Conceptual thinking
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Creative Writing skills
• Expert in print production
• Outstanding ability in layout composition, typography and color theory
• Preparing art for video and animation, a plus
• HTML or web development skill a plus (Working in WordPress)
• SEO or Digital Marketing skills a plus
