Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator/Machinist to set up and operate a variety of production machinery to manufacture precision parts and components. The ideal candidate has hands-on shop floor experience and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machines per work orders and job specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production schedules
• Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Adjust machine settings to maintain tolerances and quality standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety protocols

Requirements

• 1–3 years of machine operator or machinist experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• High school diploma or GED; vocational/trade school a plus

Shift 2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Compensation $20.00/hr + $2.00 shift differential = $22.00/hr
