Our client, an independent Broker-Dealer, is seeking a driven and experienced Advisor Platform Success Specialist to deliver exceptional support and guidance across its advisor technology ecosystem. This role is instrumental in ensuring Financial Advisors and their teams maximize platform efficiency through hands-on support, training, and strategic consultation.
This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, excels at problem-solving, and brings a strong customer-first mindset to both routine support and high-priority situations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advisor-facing support and best-practice consulting across core platform solutions, including:
Albridge
Black Diamond
Docupace
Okta
Wealthscape
Deliver responsive, solutions-oriented support for both internal teams and external advisors
Lead onboarding initiatives, including user setup, system configuration, and training for advisors and support staff
Troubleshoot platform issues, including access management (e.g., password resets) and system functionality
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve platform performance
Consult with advisors to design and implement reporting solutions across multiple systems
Develop, maintain, and enhance user guides, documentation, and training resources
Conduct proactive outreach to communicate platform updates, enhancements, and best practices
Promote adoption and optimization of technology platforms across the organization
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience required
Experience working with financial technology platforms strongly preferred
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and confidently
Proven ability to manage high-priority situations with professionalism and composure
Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt in a dynamic environment
