Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Application Development Manager to lead and manage the development and integration of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions, managing development teams, and driving integration initiatives that support business operations.
Essential Functions
Application Development Leadership:- Oversee the management and maintenance of current.NET and Power Apps applications.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
Optimize workflows and data synchronization across platforms.
General Application Development
- Designed and deployed scalable, multi-tiered web applications for construction management, enhancing user experience and data accessibility.
- Implemented CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) for rapid deployment of custom software, reducing release cycles.
- Troubleshot and resolved complex issues within software platforms, ensuring high system availability and minimal downtime.
- SDLC & Methodologies: Agile, DevOps, full-cycle development.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop partnerships with key suppliers to continue enhancements to the Pike application portfolio to meet changing business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Must Have Experience: 7+ years in application development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of ERP integration and enterprise architecture.
Preferred Attributes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, .Net Framework and Power Apps
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices.
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
