Job Description

We are looking for experienced Tool & Die Makers to build, repair, maintain, and modify dies, tools, fixtures, and other equipment used to manufacture automotive parts.

Responsibilities

• Build, repair, and maintain dies and tooling.
• Troubleshoot and fix tooling problems.
• Read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Operate mills, lathes, grinders, and other machining equipment.
• Make tooling adjustments to improve part quality.
• Work with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tooling.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of Tool & Die experience preferred.
• Automotive or stamping experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
