Enterprise Sales Director 

This is a Remote opportunity can be located in US in Central, Mountain or Pacific timezones

Seeking a high-impact, revenue-driven Enterprise National Sales Director to accelerate growth through strategic account development and existing enterprise relationships.

This is a true hunter role designed for an elite sales professional who can generate revenue immediately through an established network and proven enterprise sales experience. If you thrive on opening doors, closing large deals, and building long-term client partnerships, this opportunity offers the autonomy and earning potential to match your success.

About the Role

This is a pure individual contributor position with no direct reports or management responsibilities. Your focus will be entirely on driving net-new business, expanding enterprise partnerships, and delivering staffing and workforce solutions to organizations across the U.S.

You will have the freedom to operate your territory like your own business while partnering with a team committed to delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Business Development

  • Leverage your existing network and book of business to generate immediate revenue
  • Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level clients nationwide
  • Drive net-new logo acquisition while expanding relationships within existing accounts
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Full-Cycle Sales Execution

  • Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting through close
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand workforce challenges and hiring needs
  • Present customized staffing and workforce solutions aligned to client objectives
  • Negotiate contracts and close enterprise staffing engagements

Workforce Solutions Sales

Sell and support solutions including:

  • Contract staffing
  • Direct hire recruiting
  • Staff augmentation
  • Project-based hiring initiatives
  • Scalable workforce solutions

Strategic Account Growth

  • Expand enterprise relationships across departments, business units, and locations
  • Build long-term partnerships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and results
  • Position the organization as a strategic workforce partner versus a transactional vendor

Market & Industry Intelligence

  • Provide insight into market trends, talent availability, and competitive activity
  • Share client feedback to support go-to-market strategy and messaging refinement
  • Stay informed on workforce trends impacting enterprise hiring initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions sales
  • Proven success closing enterprise-level staffing or workforce solution agreements
  • Active book of business and established client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue quickly in a new environment
  • Experience selling:
    • Contract staffing
    • Direct hire solutions
    • Workforce and talent solutions

Preferred

  • Experience selling remote, national, or global staffing solutions
  • Existing relationships with:
    • HR and Talent Acquisition leaders
    • Operations executives
    • C-suite decision-makers
