Job Summary
The CNC Machinist/Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, including lathes and both horizontal and vertical machining centers, to produce high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines in accordance with production and quality standards
• Read and interpret blueprints and follow verbal work instructions
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers as needed
• Verify and document part dimensions and tolerances to ensure quality requirements are met
• Inspect finished parts for surface quality and machining accuracy
• Apply basic shop math in daily tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on assigned equipment
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Follow all safety guidelines and workplace procedures
