Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse
Location: Rosemount, MN

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to lead on-site health services in a refinery environment. This role supports employee health, injury management, medical surveillance, and regulatory compliance while promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care for workplace injuries/illnesses and coordinate external referrals
• Manage workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs
• Maintain compliant, confidential medical records (OSHA/HIPAA)
• Administer medical surveillance programs
• Support ergonomics and workplace health initiatives
• Manage medical supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships

Qualifications

Required:

• Active Minnesota RN license
• Experience in occupational health or industrial/manufacturing settings
• Strong documentation and compliance knowledge

Preferred:

• BSN
• Refinery or heavy industry experience
• Knowledge of OSHA, ADA, and workers’ compensation

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 + bonus eligibility
