As a Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering user-facing applications that power real-time, AI-driven communication tools. You’ll contribute to technical decisions, collaborate on architecture, and bring ideas to life across the full software lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a primary contributor to user-facing software across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
• Design and build scalable, cloud-hosted applications supporting real-time speech-to-text, translation, and text-to-speech technologies (ASR/MT/TTS)
• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software features throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver well-scoped, high-impact solutions on time
• Participate in peer code reviews, offering thoughtful feedback on quality and performance
• Identify and mitigate technical risks in new product development
• Build and maintain automated tests and internal development tools

Note: This role focuses on integrating and deploying third-party AI services—not training models.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python

What Sets You Apart

Frontend & Application Development:

• Experience with modern frameworks like Vue or React
• Strong focus on usability, accessibility (WCAG), and internationalization (i18n)
• Experience with real-time or streaming data in user-facing applications
• Familiarity with Electron or Flutter for cross-platform development

Backend Integration:

• Experience building and integrating REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with WebSockets, SSE, or similar real-time technologies
• Experience working with application databases

Cloud & DevOps:

• Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, and operational best practices
