Job Title: Sales Executive – New Business Development (Western U.S. Territory)

Location: Remote (Western United States)

 

Overview

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to lead new business development across the Western U.S. territory for a fast-growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization. This role is focused on acquiring new clients and expanding market presence by delivering tailored outsourcing solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across the Western U.S.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
  • Sell BPO solutions including customer support, technical support, back-office operations, and shared services
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and operations teams to align solutions with client needs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in BPO, outsourcing, or services-based solutions
  • Proven track record of closing net-new business and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, territory-based role
  • Willingness to travel as needed across the Western U.S.

 

Preferred Experience

  • Background in selling BPO services such as customer experience, call center, or back-office solutions
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Established network within target industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services, technology, retail)
