About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Business Analyst to support and enhance our core business applications. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to design, implement, and optimize systems that drive operational efficiency and maximize IT investments.

You will play a critical role in business consulting, project management, process design, and end-user support—serving as a subject matter expert for ERP and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned ERP/CRM product areas, including user workflows and business processes
• Monitor daily system performance to identify functional gaps and recommend improvements
• Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and senior leadership
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Conduct gap analyses and support system enhancements, testing, and issue resolution
• Lead and participate in business process discovery sessions
• Support system implementation projects and ongoing application enhancements
• Develop and deliver end-user training; document processes for accuracy and consistency
• Perform regression testing to ensure system stability and performance
• Manage relationships with external software vendors
• Prepare reports, recommendations, and business cases to support decision-making
• Maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems configuration and support
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train users at all levels
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or collaboratively
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business systems implementation or ERP/CRM design
• Experience gathering and documenting system requirements
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Prior manufacturing industry experience required
