Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented BPO Sales Representative to expand our client base by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. This role focuses on selling outsourced business services, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and positioning solutions as strategic value drivers. The ideal candidate brings B2B sales experience, a consultative approach, and familiarity with the BPO or outsourcing space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound lead follow-up

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across operations, customer experience, HR, finance, and procurement

  • Identify client challenges and recommend tailored outsourcing solutions aligned with business goals

  • Lead discovery calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close

  • Partner with internal teams to develop customized solutions and pricing

  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity updates within CRM systems

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

  • Stay current on market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments

  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings as needed

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of B2B sales experience (BPO, outsourcing, CX, call center, or managed services preferred)

  • Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Ability to clearly articulate operational solutions and business value

  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling contact center, customer support, back-office, technical support, lead generation, or RPO services

  • Familiarity with offshore or nearshore delivery models

  • Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organizations

  • Existing network within industries such as healthcare, logistics, retail, financial services, or technology
