Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics Developer
Location: United States (Remote/Hybrid options available)

Saige Partners is working with a leading organization to identify a Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics Developer to support and enhance Oracle Cloud Supply Chain operational and transactional reporting. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making by designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across Supply Chain processes, with a strong focus on Order to Cash.
In this role, you will:
Gather requirements, design, develop, test, and maintain Supply Chain dashboards and reports using analytics tools such as Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and Oracle BI Publisher
Perform issue resolution and ongoing maintenance for existing dashboards and reports
Partner closely with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business processes and translate needs into effective reporting solutions
Enhance and expand operational reporting capabilities supporting Order to Cash initiatives
Troubleshoot report issues and collaborate with business users to resolve, test, and migrate fixes into the Production environment
Maintain and enhance existing reports based on business input, guiding users through acceptance testing prior to Production deployment
Manage and coordinate project work with offshore development resources when applicable
Tune reports and data models to improve performance
Deliver data through automated reporting and processes to reduce manual effort
Typical development work includes:
Researching ERP and Supply Chain data models to support reporting requirements
Designing dashboards with intuitive user interfaces, logical flow, and strong performance
Building reports that leverage multiple data sets and sources
Developing automated report delivery solutions
Reports and Dashboards
Design and develop operational, transactional, and strategic reports
Build interactive dashboards with drill-through and ad-hoc reporting capabilities
Business Knowledge and Analysis
Understand Supply Chain business processes to deliver reporting solutions aligned to operational and strategic goals
Communicate progress effectively with business and technical stakeholders
Data Queries and Models
Strong understanding of core data tables and relationships
Ability to read, write, and analyze SQL queries for reporting and analysis
Data Performance and Automation
Optimize report performance across transactional and analytical systems
Implement automation to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency
Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Statistics, Physics, or a related field
3+ years of experience writing and reading SQL
3+ years of experience designing and developing reports and dashboards using tools such as:
Oracle OTBI
Oracle BI Publisher
OBIEE / HDS
Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
3+ years of experience supporting Supply Chain business processes
Proven ability to gather technical requirements and deliver end-to-end business intelligence solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated initiative and leadership capability
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer, now and in the future, without sponsorship
Preferred
Advanced Oracle SQL experience, including analytical functions
Experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain and Finance modules
SQL performance tuning experience
