Job Description
Strategic Staffing Solutions client - a large Scandinavian bank - is initiating a strategic effort to define the future data architecture across platforms, analytical environments, and integration layers. We are looking for a Software engineer with data architecture depth / Senior Data engineer who will:- Design, develop and maintain scalable, robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support HR modernisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Lead migration to cloud-based infrastructure and modernise ETL tools and processes.
- Engage in DevOps aspects of data engineering, including setting up, configuring and maintaining infrastructure using infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Ensure data quality and governance by implementing frameworks that guarantee accuracy, consistency and compliance.
- Build and promote best practices in data engineering while staying informed on emerging technologies.
- Be willing to mentor junior colleagues.
- Drive technical innovation and contribute to the broader organisational digitalisation journey.
Requirements:
Seniority: 5+ years of experience
Preferred start date: ASAP

Salary: up to 80 EUR/h on B2B (depending on seniority) full-time
