Job Description
Strategic Staffing Solutions customer is one of the largest nonprofit healthcare insurance organizations in the U.S., serving millions of members through innovative healthcare, digital transformation, and technology-driven insurance solutions. They are looking for a Membership Operations Specialist who will play a critical role in processing membership requests and ensuring smooth operations within the membership and billing department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing membership requests including but not limited to maintaining and creating new insurance policies.
• Making written outreaches to clients to obtain necessary missing information.
• Forwarding inquiries to appropriate departments to ensure that specialized queries are handled by the correct team.
• Meeting established quality and efficiency standards.
Job Requirements:
• Higher education is an advantage
• At least C1 level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent written communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Successful experience with processing or account clerk work.
• Ability to work USA time shifts (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM), no flexibility.
Preferably:
• Knowledge of the USA healthcare system.
• Willingness to work on public holidays.
