SAP PM/EAM - Enterprise Asset Management

Role Overview

This is a functional consulting position with an emphasis on AMS and SAP PM configuration. While collaboration with ABAP developers is expected, hands on ABAP development is not required.

We are looking for a hands on SAP EAM / SAP PM Functional Consultant to support and enhance SAP Plant Maintenance solutions in an enterprise environment.

This is primarily a functional AMS role, focused on supporting business users, resolving incidents, implementing functional enhancements, preparing functional specifications, and configuring SAP PM. The consultant will work closely with technical teams, including ABAP developers, but this is not a pure development position.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day to day functional support for SAP PM/EAM solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Configure SAP PM to support business processes and operational needs.
Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
Investigate and resolve production incidents.
Prepare functional specifications for technical developments.
Collaborate with ABAP developers during development and testing activities.
Execute and support unit, integration, and UAT testing.
Support rollout activities and system enhancements.
Assist end users through issue resolution, training, and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a SAP PM or SAP EAM Functional Consultant.
Hands on experience supporting SAP PM in ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with AMS or production support environments.
Experience configuring SAP PM using SPRO.
Experience creating functional specifications.
Experience performing functional testing, including Unit Testing and UAT.
Strong understanding of Plant Maintenance business processes.
Experience working with cross functional technical teams.

Nice to Have
Experience with Asset Management processes.
Experience with SAP Fiori.
Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.
Experience with LSMW or SAP data migration tools.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining, Manufacturing, or other asset intensive industries.
Exposure to rollout or implementation projects.
