Job Description

Strategic Staffing Solutions' customer is a global IT services and consulting company focused on enterprise solutions and digital transformation. The team is growing their presence across the European region, so they are looking for a Business Development / Sales professional to drive new business and expand existing accounts.

What you will do:

  • Drive new client acquisition and grow existing accounts 
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, working towards revenue targets
  • Lead full sales cycles, from first contact to deal closure
  • Work closely with pre-sales, architects, and delivery teams to create strong proposals
  • Sell services across SAP, ERP transformation, cloud, AI/ML, and data & analytics
  • Engage with senior stakeholders like CIOs, CTOs, and digital leaders
  • Lead RFPs, proposals, and commercial negotiations
  • Support market growth through events, partnerships, and networking

What you will need:

  • 2-4 years (Junior/Mid) or 8-10 years (Senior) experience in IT services / consulting sales
  • Experience selling enterprise solutions like SAP, ERP, cloud, AI, or data services
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and solution selling
  • Experience working with offshore (India) and nearshore (Europe) delivery teams
  • Ability to manage complex deals and build long-term client relationships
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Background in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation companies

    • 120-150 PLN/hour (Senior)
