Job Description
Who you'd be joining
A US-founded B2B digital marketing agency. HQ in New York, European HQ opened in Old Town Riga in January 2025. The owner is Latvian-American, positive, calm, talkative, trusts his people. Clients are major US media publishers, B2B tech companies, and event organizers. Fewer than 10 people on the ground in Riga. You'd be in at the founding stage, shaping how the office runs.
What you'd actually do
- Set up and launch email and digital campaigns across client accounts
- Use AI tools and internal templates to draft, QA, and sharpen campaign copy
- Build basic landing pages and confirmation emails for client review
- Coordinate with creative teams and clients so assets land on deadline
- Build and manage contact lists using internal targeting criteria
- Clean, validate, and format data files so campaigns run on accurate audiences
- Learn the tool stack (HubSpot core, Clay, Klaviyo, new ones coming) for targeting and list work
What's in it for you
- 1,000 to 1,400 EUR gross, health insurance, MacBook
- Old Town office (Workland Telegraph), hybrid once you're settled (more office time at the start)
- Fast American agency rhythm. Projects come in and move quickly. No dragging
- Owner is hands-off in the right way. Trusts you. Explains things. No micromanaging
- Real career runway: the last junior placed here is already stepping up
- Travel on the table: US, UK, and team-building trips once you're plugged in
What you'd bring
- Some hands-on marketing, ops, or coordinator experience (not purely social media)
- Comfort with Excel (actual formulas, not just staring at rows)
- Exposure to HubSpot or Klaviyo/ Mailchimp, or any ESP/CRM tool
- Fluent English, agency-level written and spoken
- Latvian is a strong plus (office is building Latvian culture), not a hard requirement
- Real appetite for the 12:00 to 20:30 shift (NYC overlap is the whole point)
- Curious, fast, detail-oriented, asks "why" not only "what"
Heads up
Pace is fast. Projects shift. The owner is positive and hands-off, but you own your work. If that sounds energizing rather than stressful, this fits.
