Job Description – Senior Functional Analyst (Finance & Technology)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Work Model: Hybrid (1–2 days per week onsite)
Contract Type: 1-year contract, with possibility of renewal

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join the Technology team, with a strong focus on Finance.

This role will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting the definition, analysis, and documentation of functional requirements for technology solutions that support financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from the Finance area.

• Document clear functional specifications.

• Collaborate with technical teams during solution implementation.

• Participate in functional testing and user validation (UAT).

• Interact with local and international stakeholders (English required).

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Functional Analyst.

• Experience working with Finance teams (accounting, reporting, controlling, etc.).

• Intermediate/Advanced English level (required).

• SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in technology projects related to Finance.

• Experience working in corporate or global environments.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
