As Regular System Analyst, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that client needs are clearly understood, structured, and translated into precise system requirements. You will analyze processes and data flows, prepare functional specifications, support developers throughout implementation, and ensure the final solution aligns with business objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the key representative of the client’s business, information systems, and future needs during the development phase
• Analyze and gather information about client requirements, data flows, system functionality, and integrations with other systems
• Develop functional requirement specifications and software design documentation
• Define tasks for developers and provide guidance during system development to ensure alignment with business needs
• Prepare supporting system documentation, including training materials and user guide

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent Latvian and good English language skills
• Higher education, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
• Certification in system/business analysis or willingness to obtain one
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented thinking
