Job Description

Strategic Staffing Solutions International's client is a global Canada-based convenience store and fuel retail brand and Fortune 500 company with over 100,000 employees worldwide, serving more than 6 million customers daily. The company operates in all 50 US states, across all Canadian provinces, and in several European countries.

With consistent growth over the last decade, the company continues to expand and is currently looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Consultant for their Business Centre in Warsaw.

What you will do:
  • Take care of Danish-speaking customers (B2B and B2C) via phone and email
  • Handle card support and account administration
  • Manage new orders and registrations
  • Advise customers about company campaigns and products
  • Provide outbound service and follow-up calls to customers
What you will need:
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in Danish and English (both verbal and written, preferably B2/C1 level) to communicate with Danish customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use various systems
  • Eagerness to learn and develop skills
  • Previous experience in customer service (considered an advantage)
  • Willingness to go to the office on a daily basis
