AI Automation Business Analyst

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced AI Automation Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams in designing and delivering AI-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, business process analysis, and Agile delivery within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Gather requirements, develop user stories, and manage Agile product backlogs.

• Support the design and implementation of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI workflows.

• Collaborate with developers on automation solutions, testing, deployment, and enhancements.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), product demonstrations, and stakeholder approvals.

• Identify project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure alignment with enterprise security and compliance standards.

• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Analysis, Intelligent Automation, and Agile methodologies.

• Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms.

• Experience translating complex business processes into functional and technical requirements.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on AI-driven automation solutions.

• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Google Agentspace, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Understanding of enterprise software development, SDLC, and information security requirements.

• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments.

• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or BloombergGPT.

• Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries.

• Experience with AI workflow orchestration and enterprise automation platforms.
