Job Title: Lead Full Stack AI Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: $78/HR (W2 Only)

Job/Role Description:

• Join a team focused on building the future of enterprise AI through scalable, secure, and innovative AI-powered solutions.
• Design and develop multi-agent AI orchestration platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and reusable AI capabilities that streamline enterprise workflows and improve productivity.
• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences and solutions.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern AI agent frameworks.
• Develop agent-based workflows, intelligent automation, and AI-powered solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to design and deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across applications and AI solutions.
• Rapidly prototype, develop, and deploy AI solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and delivery.
• Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Support the development and deployment of reusable AI capabilities across the organization.
• Work in a fast-paced Agile environment while adapting to changing priorities and delivering solutions with minimal oversight.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong full-stack development experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI agent technologies.
• Experience designing and developing multi-agent or agent-based workflows, intelligent automation, and AI-powered solutions.
• 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering and enterprise application development practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product, architecture, and engineering teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and pipelines.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience building reusable AI capabilities and enterprise automation frameworks.
