Job Title: Lead Full Stack AI Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: $78/HR (W2 Only)

Job/Role Description:

• Join a team focused on building the future of enterprise AI through scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Design and develop multi-agent AI orchestration platforms, intelligent automation solutions, and reusable AI capabilities that streamline enterprise workflows and accelerate delivery.
• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications that support AI-powered experiences and solutions.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks and technologies.
• Develop agent-based workflows, intelligent automation, and AI-powered solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to design and deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence across solutions with a focus on scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
• Rapidly prototype, develop, and deploy AI solutions designed to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Build reusable AI capabilities that can be leveraged across multiple teams and business functions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
• Strong full-stack development experience with Python, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Strong front-end development experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Experience with modern UI technologies and frameworks including Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and building Generative AI applications.
• Experience with AI agent frameworks such as ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
• Experience designing and developing multi-agent or agent-based workflows, intelligent automation, and AI-powered solutions.
• 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software engineering principles and application architecture.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to deliver results with minimal oversight.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be located in the Columbus, OH area and able to accommodate onsite interview and work requirements as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with public cloud platforms and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.
• Experience with cloud-native application architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
