Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative Job in Dublin, Ireland

Strategic Staffing Solutions is hiring Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representatives in Dublin, Ireland for a 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity.

This hybrid insurance position is ideal for professionals with experience in customer service, sales, insurance, financial services, banking, claims, account management, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments.

We are considering candidates who already live in Ireland as well as candidates who are open to relocating to Dublin or the surrounding area.

At this time, relocation assistance is not provided. Candidates relocating for this opportunity must be willing to fund their own relocation expenses.

Candidates must also have, or be able to obtain, the appropriate authorization to live and work in Ireland.

What You’ll Do

As an Insurance Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will work directly with members to provide exceptional service, understand their insurance needs, resolve issues, and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver telephone-based support to members across all aspects of general insurance underwriting.
  • Respond to member questions, requests, concerns, and disputes efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional levels of member service.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective members.
  • Use conversations and active listening to identify member needs.
  • Recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions based on individual member needs.
  • Explain insurance products, coverage, and available options clearly and accurately.
  • Identify appropriate sales opportunities and confidently close sales.
  • Achieve established sales and service targets.
  • Maintain accurate member and account information.
  • Follow European, U.S., and international regulatory compliance guidelines and procedures.
  • Apply risk management principles and consistently adhere to established policies and processes.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
  • Respond positively to feedback and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Identify and escalate systemic issues that may impact member satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, customer service, or sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written business English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively within a Windows-based operating environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Comfortable communicating with members by telephone.

Relocating to Dublin, Ireland

You do not need to currently live in Ireland to be considered for this opportunity.

We are open to candidates who are genuinely interested in relocating to Ireland for work and who are comfortable funding their own relocation.

The position is hybrid in Dublin, but candidates may also consider surrounding commuter areas such as Maynooth, Leixlip, Celbridge, Balbriggan, Drogheda, and Naas, depending on their preferred lifestyle and commute.

Candidates must have, or be able to obtain, the appropriate authorization to live and work in Ireland.
