We are seeking a hands-on Lead DevOps Platform Engineer to support enterprise DevSecOps automation and cloud-native platform engineering. This role focuses on GitOps-driven CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms, and deployment automation across Azure and GCP. The ideal candidate has experience in large, regulated environments and is passionate about improving developer productivity through automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Harness, Maven/Gradle, and Python.
Automate application deployments across Kubernetes and OpenShift (OCP) environments.
Enhance GitOps workflows, deployment orchestration, quality gates, and pipeline automation.
Develop automation solutions using Python and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible preferred).
Support platform and application troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and cloud modernization initiatives.
Embed DevSecOps, governance, audit controls, and observability into deployment pipelines.
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve self-service platforms and continuous delivery capabilities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Harness, Maven/Gradle, Python CI/CD, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
Experience implementing GitOps and Infrastructure as Code in enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of CI/CD governance, quality gates, security controls, and regulated environments.
Experience supporting cloud platforms, preferably Azure and GCP.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
Kubernetes and/or DevOps certifications.
Familiarity with AI agentic frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
