Quick Summary

• AWS Connect is a HARD REQUIREMENT.
• Must have hands-on, production-level AWS Connect experience including implementation, development, configuration, and Python programming.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of Systems Analysis, Design, and Development experience
• Strong SDLC experience
• Experience leading complex application development projects

Responsibilities

• Lead complex software development and integration projects
• Design, develop, configure, and implement enterprise applications

• Create technical designs, estimates, and SDLC deliverables
• Serve as Technical Lead and mentor junior developers
• Drive process improvements and application modernization
• Collaborate with business partners, vendors, and project teams
