Workday HCM Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN/Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6-Month Contract
W2 hourly rate: $60-$70 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Workday HCM Analyst  to support the HR Team. In this role, you will collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop and execute solutions for payroll-related inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role
• Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework


Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time)
• Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations
• Prior Workday certification
• Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations
