Location: Dallas–Fort Worth–Arlington, TX (Onsite)

Job Type: 12-Month Contract (Opportunity for Extension and Conversion)

Compensation: $48/hr W2 (Medical benefits available)

Employment: W2 Only (No C2C or 1099)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Database Developer with strong expertise in Aprimo, enterprise marketing operations, database development, and data integration. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Aprimo workflows while building secure APIs, data pipelines, and reporting solutions that support enterprise marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of software development experience with a strong background in Aprimo, Snowflake, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe CMS/DAM, Tableau, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze database, application, and business system requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise database solutions.
• Configure and test business system data stores.
• Recommend database architecture, security, backup, recovery, and performance improvements.
• Develop and optimize SQL stored procedures.
• Design, build, optimize, and implement complex Aprimo workflows.
• Support enterprise Marketing Operations initiatives.
• Build and maintain secure APIs and data integration pipelines.
• Develop reporting and dashboards within Aprimo.
• Integrate Aprimo with enterprise platforms and marketing technologies.
• Support analytics and reporting using Tableau and Power BI.
• Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Qualifications
