Client Analyst
Location: Morristown, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Analyst to join a centralized Client Services team supporting financial advisors and client operations. This position plays a critical role in client onboarding, investment account administration, operational support, and relationship management while ensuring exceptional client service and operational accuracy.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment. Financial services experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Account Administration
- Coordinate and manage the client onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Support client contracting and account documentation.
- Ensure data integrity across internal systems.
Investment Operations
- Prepare, submit, and monitor new investment account applications.
- Track account openings through funding.
- Support account maintenance and operational requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding investment accounts and operational activities.
Client Service Support
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate calendars.
- Serve as a liaison between advisor teams and internal operational departments.
- Provide exceptional customer service while responding to client and advisor inquiries.
Tax Season Support
- Organize tax documentation.
- Collect and track client authorizations and consents.
- Coordinate estimated tax payments.
- Assist with e-filing and tax return processing.
Reporting & Quality Control
- Track quality control metrics.
- Assist with reporting and operational dashboards.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with established procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 25 years of professional corporate experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Team-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
