Client Analyst

Location: Morristown, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $25/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Analyst to join a centralized Client Services team supporting financial advisors and client operations. This position plays a critical role in client onboarding, investment account administration, operational support, and relationship management while ensuring exceptional client service and operational accuracy.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment. Financial services experience is preferred but not required.


Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Account Administration

  • Coordinate and manage the client onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
  • Support client contracting and account documentation.
  • Ensure data integrity across internal systems.

Investment Operations

  • Prepare, submit, and monitor new investment account applications.
  • Track account openings through funding.
  • Support account maintenance and operational requests.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding investment accounts and operational activities.

Client Service Support

  • Schedule client meetings and coordinate calendars.
  • Serve as a liaison between advisor teams and internal operational departments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while responding to client and advisor inquiries.

Tax Season Support

  • Organize tax documentation.
  • Collect and track client authorizations and consents.
  • Coordinate estimated tax payments.
  • Assist with e-filing and tax return processing.

Reporting & Quality Control

  • Track quality control metrics.
  • Assist with reporting and operational dashboards.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with established procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2–5 years of professional corporate experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Team-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with:
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Microsoft PowerPoint
