Senior Recruiter – Business Analytics & Product Management

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruitment for Business Analytics and Product Management talent across a dynamic enterprise environment. This role partners closely with hiring managers and senior business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, identify top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial intake through offer acceptance.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting business-focused professionals, thrives in a consultative environment, and is passionate about providing a high-touch, white-glove recruiting experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle recruiting process for Business Analytics and Product Management positions from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define hiring needs, understand role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Create and launch job requisitions in Workday, ensuring accurate job postings and workflow management.
  • Source, review, and evaluate candidate resumes through multiple recruiting channels to identify qualified talent.
  • Conduct candidate phone screens and manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring teams.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing proactive communication and delivering a best-in-class, white-glove candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and business stakeholders, serving as a trusted recruiting advisor throughout the hiring process.
  • Extend employment offers and partner with HR and hiring logistics teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting activity, candidate status, and requisition updates within Workday.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, owning and managing the complete recruiting process.
  • Experience recruiting Business Analytics, Business Analysis, Product Management, or similar business-focused professionals.
  • Experience working within large enterprise organizations or recruiting agencies supporting enterprise clients.
  • Hands-on experience using Workday or a comparable Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions through a consultative approach.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience with a personalized, high-touch approach.
