Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives for a large enterprise organization. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for high-volume business operations, including insurance claims, customer service, and operational support roles.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within large enterprise environments, thrives in fast-paced, class-based hiring, and is highly proficient using modern applicant tracking systems, AI-powered sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring initiatives.
- Recruit for insurance claims, customer service, operations, and business support positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered sourcing platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Manage multiple hiring classes and high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assessments.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and employment regulations.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication.
- Participate in recruiting events and talent attraction initiatives.
- Support continuous process improvement across Talent Acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
- Experience supporting high-volume or class-based recruiting environments.
- Experience recruiting within large enterprise organizations (35,000+ employees preferred).
- Experience recruiting within financial services, insurance, banking, or other large corporate environments.
- Experience recruiting claims, customer service, operations, or contact center professionals preferred.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience using Workday or comparable Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience using AI-powered sourcing platforms such as Eightfold or similar recruiting technologies.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
