Agentic AI Product Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Agentic AI Senior Lead to drive the deployment of next-generation AI solutions across enterprise banking operations. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of Agentic AI, Product Management, Process Transformation, and AI Engineering, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technical delivery organizations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered agentic workflows, designing AI-enabled operational solutions, and delivering measurable business outcomes. This role will lead the discovery, design, deployment, and scaling of AI agents that automate processes, augment decision-making, and transform banking operations.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, AI Solutions, Engineering, Consulting, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong experience with LLM platforms including Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar technologies.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, AI workflow orchestration, RAG architectures, and tool-augmented AI systems.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and business workflows.
• Strong product ownership and delivery management experience.
• Experience conducting process discovery and translating operational workflows into AI-enabled solutions.
• Ability to quantify business value and develop ROI models for technology initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
