Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Contract Length: 12+ Months

Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Position Summary

Seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support supply chain operations with a focus on fleet and facilities management. This role is responsible for coordinating procurement activities, tracking assets, supporting vendors, processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and assisting with budget tracking. The position serves as a key resource for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting cross-functional supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities related to fleet and facilities management, including service scheduling, fleet asset tracking, and vendor communications.
  • Utilize systems such as SAP, AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location), and fleet management platforms to monitor and track fleet and facilities operations.
  • Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in accordance with operational requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor invoices from submission through payment, ensuring accurate documentation, coding, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Coordinate invoice payment activities with finance teams and vendors to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Maintain organized procurement, fleet, and facilities records to support compliance and audit requirements.
  • Generate routine and ad hoc reports related to fleet utilization, operational expenses, facilities activities, and supply chain performance.
  • Assist with budget tracking and cost control efforts for fleet and facilities expenditures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Provide backup support across the supply chain team and assist with cross-functional activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
  • Experience with purchase requisition creation, invoice tracking, and payment processing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Administrative experience with SAP, AVL systems, fleet management platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience supporting fleet management, facilities coordination, supply chain operations, or administrative functions.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations and contract terms.
  • Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
