Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: McLean, VA - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Duration: 7 months
Job/Role Description:
- This role is responsible for full life-cycle recruitment including planning, sourcing, coordinating, and executing all stages of the recruitment process.
- Provide comprehensive candidate management with a high level of organization, attention to detail, and effective communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Partner with hiring managers, business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs and develop aligned hiring strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a team of high-performing recruiters to support efficient and effective hiring outcomes.
- Work with business partners on strategic initiatives and overall hiring strategy.
- Leverage recruiting data and metrics to proactively provide status updates, hiring results, and insights to leadership and HR partners.
- Source high-quality candidates by looking beyond direct applications and utilizing search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
- Build relationships with candidates in a high-volume environment, understand their interests and aspirations, and direct them to the most suitable roles and opportunities.
- Track and manage high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision and accuracy.
- Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects and support continuous improvement in recruiting processes.
- Support an inclusive recruitment approach that recognizes diverse life paths and experiences and encourages qualified candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, human resources, client consulting, or a combination thereof
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting or combination a plus
- Experience in Campus Recruiting or Programs a plus
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Strong customer service orientation with focus on positive candidate experience
