Employee Relations Advisor

Location: Westlake, OH (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Strong likelihood of extension; potential contract-to-hire)
Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Pay Rate: $52/hr

Required Qualifications

  • Experience handling complex employee relations matters and labor law issues is critical for success in this role.
  • Minimum 3 years of Employee Relations experience.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of labor law experience (required).
  • Experience handling complex employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR policies.
  • Experience advising managers and business leaders on employee-related matters.
  • Strong case management, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to assess risk, exercise sound judgment, and escalate concerns appropriately.
