We are seeking a highly skilled PEGA Developer with hands-on experience in both PEGA App Studio and Dev Studio to support the delivery and expansion of enterprise workflow automation solutions.
This role will be responsible for configuring, developing, enhancing, and maintaining PEGA-based applications that drive workflow modernization and business process automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions while supporting testing, defect resolution, and ongoing platform enhancements.
This position plays a key role in supporting enterprise workflow modernization, process optimization, and product adoption initiatives.
Configure, develop, and enhance PEGA-based workflow applications using both App Studio and Dev Studio.
Design and implement PEGA case types, workflows, business rules, data models, and user interface components.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable PEGA solutions.
Support workflow refinement, configuration changes, and application enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and production issues.
Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing support.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business-ready solutions.
Support application deployments, change management processes, and release activities.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, governance requirements, and best practices.
Contribute to ongoing platform improvements and workflow automation initiatives.
5+ years of relevant technology delivery experience, including hands-on PEGA development and configuration.
Strong experience with PEGA App Studio and PEGA Dev Studio.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable PEGA solutions.
Experience troubleshooting defects and supporting testing cycles.
Strong understanding of enterprise application delivery and change management processes.
Experience working within governed enterprise technology environments.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) and/or Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
Experience supporting workflow automation, process modernization, risk, or operations initiatives.
Financial services industry experience.
Experience with:
APIs and system integrations
Reporting and analytics
Enterprise data controls
Workflow optimization initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.

They should be comfortable working in fast-paced enterprise environments, managing competing priorities, and driving successful delivery outcomes through collaboration and technical expertise.
