Position Summary
Seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a high-volume Talent Acquisition organization by providing administrative, operational, and candidate-facing support throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
This role serves as a critical partner to recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and onboarding teams by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, supporting onboarding activities, maintaining applicant tracking system data, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate brings experience supporting recruiting operations, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or administrative functions within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Coordination & Candidate Experience
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones
Manage complex calendars for recruiters and hiring teams
Coordinate virtual and onsite interview logistics
Communicate interview details and status updates to candidates
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruiting process
Resolve scheduling conflicts and recruiting process issues
Talent Acquisition Operations
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Support recruiting workflows and operational processes
Create and manage offer letters and onboarding documentation
Coordinate pre-employment activities including:
Background checks
Drug screenings
New hire onboarding activities
Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and recruiting records
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to recruiting teams
Assist with expense reporting and travel coordination
Prepare recruiting reports, metrics, and tracking documents
Support recruiting events, job fairs, campus recruiting programs, and virtual hiring events
Develop templates, process documentation, and workflow improvements
Process Improvement & Reporting
Track recruiting and onboarding metrics
Assist with operational reporting and analytics
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience
Support process improvement initiatives across Talent Acquisition operations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in:
