Project Manager – M&A

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead technology integration and separation initiatives associated with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures (M&A).

Required Qualifications

• Must have proven experience managing end-to-end workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture initiatives.
• Able to produce leadership reports
• 6+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise infrastructure and/or application development projects – ideally exposure to both
• 3+ years of project management experience within an Agile environment.
• Demonstrated success delivering large, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments.

Must have proficiency with:

• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft 365 (M365)
• SharePoint
• Jira is a strong preference
