Project Manager – M&A

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead technology integration and separation initiatives associated with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures (M&A).
Required Qualifications
- Must have proven experience managing end-to-end workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture initiatives.
- Able to produce leadership reports
- 6+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise infrastructure and/or application development projects – ideally exposure to both
- 3+ years of project management experience within an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated success delivering large, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments.
Must have proficiency with:
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- SharePoint
- Jira is a strong preference
