Seeking a highly organized Program Manager with exceptional executive presentation and storytelling capabilities to support strategic business initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment.
This role is heavily focused on transforming complex business data, operational updates, and project information into polished executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and communications using Microsoft Office tools. The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills with advanced PowerPoint design expertise and the ability to communicate business narratives clearly and effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with program coordination, PMO, business operations, executive communications, or strategic reporting experience who excel at creating impactful presentation materials for leadership audiences.
Create high-quality executive presentations and strategic storytelling materials using PowerPoint
Translate complex data, project updates, and operational metrics into visually compelling presentations and reports
Support program management activities including project coordination, status tracking, scheduling, and stakeholder communications
Organize and synthesize information from multiple teams into concise executive summaries and presentation decks
Develop reporting templates, dashboards, and standardized communication materials
Collaborate with leadership, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to prepare materials for meetings and strategic initiatives
Manage timelines, deliverables, and presentation updates across multiple concurrent initiatives
Assist with documentation, meeting preparation, status reporting, and executive briefings
Ensure presentation consistency, formatting quality, and professional visual standards across all deliverables
Support data analysis and reporting activities using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Experience in Program Management, PMO, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or related roles
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills with strong presentation design and storytelling abilities
Strong Microsoft Office Suite experience including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Ability to create executive-level presentations from complex or technical information
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced enterprise environments
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce polished deliverables under deadlines
Experience supporting executive leadership teams
PMO or enterprise program support experience
Experience building dashboards, reporting packages, and operational summaries
Strong Excel skills including reporting, data organization, and analysis
Experience creating visually compelling business presentations and strategic communications
Financial services or enterprise corporate environment experience
Familiarity with project tracking and governance processes
Program Manager or PMO professional with exceptional PowerPoint and storytelling capabilities
Strong communicator who can simplify complex information for executive audiences
Highly organized and detail-oriented professional comfortable supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experienced creating executive presentations, operational reports, and strategic communications
Strong blend of business operations, presentation design, and stakeholder coordination skills
