Senior High-Volume Recruiter – Insurance & Financial Services

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced High-Volume Recruiter to support large-scale hiring initiatives across insurance, financial services, and customer operations environments. This role is responsible for executing full-cycle recruiting strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver top talent in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
The ideal candidate brings a consultative recruiting approach, experience managing high-volume requisitions, and the ability to influence hiring decisions through market intelligence and data-driven recruiting strategies. Experience supporting class-based hiring and call center recruiting within insurance or financial services environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and class-based hiring initiatives
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the hiring lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for insurance, customer service, operations, and corporate roles
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies
- Conduct local market analysis, compensation benchmarking, and competitive talent research
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools to manage workflows and candidate activity
- Coordinate recruiting activities including scheduling, candidate communications, and offer support
- Drive process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience
- Support workforce planning initiatives and hiring projects across multiple business groups
- Provide regular recruiting metrics, pipeline updates, and hiring insights to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, operations, and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within insurance, financial services, banking, or call center environments
- Proven success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- Strong sourcing and pipeline development capabilities
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and hiring demands
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting class-based or contact center hiring initiatives
- Background recruiting for customer service, operations, or corporate support functions
- Experience leveraging recruiting analytics and market intelligence to influence hiring strategies
- Exposure to workforce planning and process optimization initiatives
- Prior experience supporting large enterprise hiring environments
