Job Title: Graphic & Digital Designer
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months + possible extension
Pay Rate: $33 - $38/hr (W2 Only)
Job/Role Description:
- This role provides high-impact graphic and digital design support during a period of increased demand.
- This position will design and produce visual assets across digital and print channels while maintaining strict adherence to established brand guidelines.
- This position will partner effectively with marketing, content, and creative stakeholders to translate briefs into polished, on-brand deliverables with speed and accuracy.
- Design and produce high-quality assets for web, email, presentations, campaigns, internal communications, and marketing materials.
- Adapt existing templates and design systems while ensuring brand consistency and accessibility compliance.
- Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously with strong prioritization, attention to detail, and timely execution.
- Incorporate accessibility-by-design best practices into all visual deliverables.
- Provide clear, professional communication on progress, dependencies, and timelines throughout the engagement.
- Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while upholding quality and brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of professional experience in graphic and digital design with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality execution across multiple channels.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with Figma strongly preferred.
- Proven experience designing for digital platforms (web, email, presentations, campaigns) with understanding of usability and performance considerations.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly absorb feedback, make revisions efficiently, and work independently within established brand systems.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and creative stakeholders in an in-house or agency environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort working remotely and delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Nice to Have
- In-house marketing or enterprise brand experience.
- Familiarity with WCAG/accessibility standards in visual design.
- Experience supporting distributed or offshore teams.
