Job Title: Strategic Initiatives Analyst - Conduct & Culture Reporting
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Duration: 7 Months
Pay Rate: $60
Job/Role Description:
- Support large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives across multiple businesses within the Corporate & Investment Banking Control organization.
- Act as a strategic consultant to business and control partners by identifying execution gaps and advising on light-touch, scalable solutions to enhance outcomes.
- Research and analyze moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives, applying strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of organizational strategy and business execution disciplines.
- Operate independently to provide leadership, insights, and recommendations for control functions and risk programs, exercising sound judgment in highly complex, multifaceted environments.
- Support end-to-end program and initiative execution by facilitating decision-making, resolving issues, and ensuring timely implementation of actionable solutions and execution plans.
- Leverage data and reporting tools to generate insights and develop data-driven narratives that inform stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Contribute to the enhancement of quarterly conduct and culture reporting, including the creation of more robust features, improved metrics, and delivery of the final iteration of a leadership dashboard.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau, and Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, data dashboards, and automation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Ability to take complex information and turn it into clear, compelling stories for leadership and business partners.
- Experience partnering effectively with Lines of Business (LOBs) and consultants to share information efficiently across workstreams.
- Banking/finance experience is highly desirable.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Experience supporting strategic programs or control/risk initiatives is a plus.
