Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Data Analyst / Data Remediation Consultant to support a fast-paced enterprise data environment within a large financial services organization. This role will serve as a senior-level contributor across multiple Agile Scrum teams, driving complex data analysis, remediation, stakeholder engagement, and SDLC activities with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on SQL expertise, strong experience working with financial data, and the ability to independently partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data flows, and deliver data-driven solutions.

This is a high-visibility role supporting initiatives tied to enterprise data modernization and migration efforts into a private data cloud environment.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, data remediation, or data-focused technical roles
• Advanced SQL expertise with hands-on experience in:
  • Oracle
  • Teradata
  • SQL Server
• Strong understanding of financial data concepts, data lineage, and transactional data movement
• Familiarity with loans and financial data flows across enterprise systems
• Experience working within Agile / Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements gathering skills
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale SDLC initiatives
• Ability to work independently in a senior lead capacity with minimal direction
