Job Title: Training Delivery Specialist
Contract Length: 12+ Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach managers on:
    • Time management and work prioritization
    • Developing contact center representatives using coaching techniques
    • Leading effective team huddles
    • Creating huddle boards
    • Building a continuous improvement culture
    • Recognizing and sustaining team success
  • Facilitate:
    • Group learning sessions for front-line managers
    • Individual meetings with mid-level management
    • Small focus groups to support program improvement
  • Support leadership development by:
    • Coaching directors on program support strategies
    • Preparing directors to implement program responsibilities
    • Discussing feedback and performance issues
  • Communicate program, team, and individual updates via:
    • Written formats (email, documents)
    • Face-to-face meetings
  • Assist in:
    • Gathering, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting program results and progress
    • Tracking outcomes using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Required Skills & Experience

  • Coaching skills (1–2 years) using structured coaching techniques
  • Training and facilitation experience
  • Understanding of adult learning principles
  • Small group facilitation experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Ability to identify behaviors that drive performance outcomes
  • Ability to work autonomously

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in:
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft PowerPoint

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to think both abstractly and concretely
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Task-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • All work performed onsite
  • Supplier must provide computer equipment

  • Contract role (not contract-to-hire)
  • No handling of confidential supervisory information
  • Deliverables are considered work made for hire and property of the client
  • Must adhere to all defined plans, processes, and guidelines
