Job Title: Full Stack JavaScript Developer

Location: McLean, VA or Richmond, VA

Duration: 9 months

Pay Rate: $65 - $75 (W2 Only)

Job/Role Description:

• This role supports a large internal application focused on email templates.
• The team is actively improving functionality and user experience for internal users in a small team environment with high visibility.
• Work across the entire stack using React and Redux for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, and PostgreSQL for data management.
• Utilize AWS Lambda and AWS ECS for backend infrastructure.
• Implement unit tests and end-to-end tests with Mocha, Jest, Playwright, and Vitest to ensure high code quality.
• Exercise autonomy to solve ambiguous problems while demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

• Senior Developer with 5+ years of experience
• Strong communication skills
• High productivity and ability to work independently
• Mandatory experience with React, Redux (must-have), Node.js, AWS Lambda, AWS ECS, and PostgreSQL
• End-to-end testing experience required with Mocha, Jest, Playwright, and Vitest
• Must be able to work onsite in McLean, VA or Richmond, VA
